Scarita Belioara it lays in the surroundings of the Posaga village.
The reserve it is situated on the limestone plateau, over 1350 m high and further on the forest on the Scarita Mountain and also the extraordinary arduous, that guards the provenance of the Belioara Valley (affluent of Posaga Valley), with vertical walls, towering bolds, dales interrupted by leaps and sharp ridges.
The reservation has a surface of 450 ha and shelters various species of rare plants (The grapes of the Bear, The Blood of the Stalwart) and animals.
